Cool  is more than just a brewery — we’re Canada’s next great beverage platform. Founded in Toronto and 100% independently Canadian owned, we brew high-quality, easy-drinking beer that delivers real value, real taste, and real consistency. For over two decades, Cool Beer has been a trusted name in Ontario’s beer scene, and today, under new leadership, we’re scaling up to meet the next generation of beverage drinkers across beer, canned cocktails and innovative products 

Our brewing facility in the Greater Toronto Area has greater than 80,000 hectolitres of capacity, with full packaging capabilities for cans, bottles, and kegs. We proudly supply the LCBO, The Beer Store, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and private-label partners across the province.

We also operate a family of distinct beverage brands — including St. Andre, Stonewall Light, and Buzz Beer — each serving a unique audience, united by quality and authenticity.

Ultimately, we're producing the products we want to drink everyday, and share with our Canadian friends.
